奶油蛋糕

今天星期五,Lunch time 有两小时,我和Celine Lim, Sally Ng, and Elaine Teh 一起吃午餐。我突然想起Sally Ng 很厉害做Butter Cake的。我就请她给我食谱, 她很爽快的答应了。下午一回家我就迫不及待的带小宝贝去买材料。然后就开始做Butter Cake。其实Butter Cake 还蛮容易做的。 。看!家婆带小宝贝出去走一圈, 我就把蛋糕做好了!嘻!嘻!
第一次做奶油蛋糕,很喜欢它的香味。

切开来看,幸好全熟噢。老公说好吃好吃!好开心哦!



奶油蛋糕食谱材料:
250g Butter
250g Self-Raising Flour
240g-250g Caster Sugar
5 Eggs
1 Orange – (a) extract the Juice
(b) grated rind of Orange
Milk (3-4 tablespoons) or (1 tablespoon of milk powder with abt 3-5 tablespoons of water)
Raisins

Mix butter and sugar till white colour.
Add Egg – 1 egg at each time
Add orange rind, juice and milk
Add Flour and mix (follow 1 direction) till all dissolved
Grease baking tin and line with paper at the bottom of tin
Pour cake mixture to tin and spread raisins on top of the mixture
( I hv to use two 20cm baking tins as my oven is small and have to bake twice)
Preheat oven to 180
Bake cake at approx 40mins
